KPP has specialist knowledge and experience in the delivery of business planning, investment analysis and supply-demand forecasting. Through the use of our combined skills in econometric modelling, natrual resource management and business, we are able to deliver results for a range of projects from resource management on pastoral leases to impact analysis of proposed oil and gas projects.
KPP was commissioned by the Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley to take a broader, longer term view of the East Kimberley’s strategic roles in tourism.
The Plan builds on existing strategies and guides the sustainable regional growth of tourism in the East Kimberley to 2022.
Commissioned by the Kimberley Land Council, KPP were briefed to quantify the level of vocational skills held by Goolarabaloo/Jabirr Jabirr people and to understand their personal aspirations as they relate to training, skills development, employment and enterprise development.
This study explored the vocational education needs of industry in a regional context, and identified the real and urgent need for Kimberley TAFE to further establish trade training facilities in its East Kimberley campuses.
KPP worked with the traditional land owners of the Berkeley River area of Northern Australia to develop a partnership between the indigenous lease holder and a resort developer. This greenfields site was opened as an eco tourism resort in April 2012.
