KPP Business Development

On time and measurable

Key Services

KPP are business development specialists and offer clients a range of services for a range of purposes in both the private and public sectors. Unlike consultants who simply evaluate needs, we draw on specialist skills such as scenario and econometric modeling, business and process auditing and business planning to produce and deliver measurable results. Our services are modular by design so that clients' objectives can be met. However, where end to end projects are required, clients are able to work with one, rather than a number of consultancies to ensure that each phase of the project provides a cohesive basis for the next.

Commercial Business Services

KPP has worked extensively with individuals, corporations and communities across the Pilbara, Kimberley and Central Desert region of the Northern Territory. KPP is a preferred service provider to Indigenous Business Australia (IBA) and through the IBA Indigenous Business Assistance Program, KPP provides indigenous clients with professional assistance to acquire, establish, grow and develop commercially viable enterprises. We have worked with more than 80 indigenous clients with projects across a diverse range of industries including aquaculture, horticulture, earthmoving, landscaping, tourism, retail businesses and community stores.

Indigenous Business and Enterprise Development

KPP has undertaken significant research including household surveys, quantitative tourism research, delphi panels, online research and cognitive mapping.

KPP also conducts an online Kimberley Business and Consumer Confidence Indices to provide support for business to help improve the knowledge of regional issues.
